Director of Strategy, Senior Strategist
As the Director of Strategy, I oversee 18 strategist spread across 8 client teams. As the leader of the department it is my duty to stay up to date and teach my strategist the newest research tools. I manage the work going out to clients and monitor the creative projects produced to guarantee a successful campaign.
My current team is our internal public relations team called Capstone Agency Communications (i.e CA Comms). I have written over 25 briefs while tracking the current trends (see photo attached: one of our best performing trendy post- #BeRealWithCA). Also attached is the 2022 metrics report highlighting our best and worst performing posts with total analytic insights.
